About MIKAVO

Built for lifters who track everything — here's the story and the person behind it.

MIKAVO started from a simple frustration: most workout trackers log what you did, but never tell you what to do next. Every progression decision — how much weight to add, when to deload, when a plan should get harder — was still happening in a spreadsheet or in your head.

MIKAVO is built to close that gap. You build a plan once, attach a progression rule to each exercise, and the app handles the math from there — you just show up and lift.

01Who's behind it

MIKAVO is designed and built by a single independent developer, not a company. That means updates ship fast and directly from someone who uses the app to train, but it also means support is a real inbox rather than a team — see Contact for how to reach it.

02Where it stands today

MIKAVO is in active development on both iOS and Android. The core — training plans with auto-progression, workout logging, templates, analytics and history, achievements and goals, and a cool-down stretch module — is free to use, with no trial gimmicks. Premium adds deeper analytics and removes a few limits, and is used to keep the app funded and maintained.

03What's next

The app is under continuous, public iteration — new features are designed, discussed, and shipped in visible rounds rather than disappearing into a black box for months at a time. If there's something you'd want to see, get in touch.
