Delete Your Data
You can permanently delete your MIKAVO account and all data linked to it, either in the app or by request.
01Delete in the app (instant)
Open MIKAVO → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Confirming this permanently removes your account and all associated data — workouts, exercises, training plans, templates, body measurements, goals, and achievement progress — from our active database immediately. This action cannot be undone.
02Request deletion without the app
No app installed, or can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account (or tell us the email you signed up with) at the address below with "Delete My Data" in the subject line. We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
03What gets deleted
Your account, email, profile, workout history, exercises, plans, templates, measurements, goals, and achievements. Subscription/purchase records are retained only where Apple, Google, or our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat) require it for their own accounting. Residual copies may briefly persist in infrastructure-level backups before being overwritten in the normal course of business — see our Privacy Policy for details.
